During our stay, the cleanliness was concerning. We found red marks on the wall and only two towels for our group of four. The bathroom had dust, and when we pointed out issues like black mold, the response was unsatisfactory with just a spray-over fix.

I loved my stay as it was just a few steps from Cafe Huatulco for morning coffee and only about 1 km to the stunning Rufino Tamayo Park, perfect for leisurely strolls.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but

the housekeeping could use more attention to detail. The bedding was fresh, and the location was convenient for exploring, but the pool area needed cleaning which affected our overall experience.

The hotel features a lovely pool, and the staff were friendly and accommodating—even moving us to a quieter room. However, we encountered issues with noise from nearby events and sometimes dirty pool areas, but overall, I enjoyed my stay among very comfortable accommodations.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful beaches and the inviting pool area. The hotel is dog-friendly, which was perfect for our two furry family members. The location is a big plus, just a short walk to the beach and charming restaurants nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, the early morning karaoke was disruptive for families with kids. Management could consider adjusting the noise hours to cater better to families visiting the hotel.

I really enjoyed the pool, it was like my own personal oasis! The staff was kind enough to let me use the pool before check-in, which was a lifesaver in that heat.

i stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed my time. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even more pleasant.

Waking up in a clean room with a beautiful view was a delight. The staff went above and beyond, always checking if we needed anything.

However, the pool area was quite dirty at times, and the WiFi connection was spotty. That made it challenging to plan our adventures.

The pool was beautiful and very clean, perfect for relaxation. Plus, I dined on some of the best Mexican food I've ever tasted.
